houseofwheelan.com is the personal site of Reginald Wheelan and Kacy Cuenta Wheelan, published as House of Wheelan (“we”). This notice explains what the site collects and what we do with it. House of Wheelan does not provide legal services.

What we collect

• If you send an inquiry: your name, email address, company (optional), and message.
• If you join The Dispatch: your email address.
• We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of our own. Fonts and images load from this site, not from third parties.
• Because the site does not track visitors, it treats every visit the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Who handles it

• Our host, Netlify, Inc., receives and stores form submissions and screens them for spam (Netlify uses Akismet for this). Netlify also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations.
• Submission notifications arrive in our email, hello@houseofwheelan.com, which Google hosts.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry.
• To send The Dispatch, if you joined. Every Dispatch email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor requests within 10 business days.
• We do not sell or rent your information, and we share it only with the service providers named above.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and Dispatch addresses until you unsubscribe. Ask us and we will delete what you sent.

This site links to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WLR Advisory. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
