Kacy is Counsel at TriUnity Law Group, a boutique law firm serving the life sciences industry. Her approach brings together legal insight, commercial awareness, and a practical understanding of business to help clients navigate complex challenges, manage risk, and pursue opportunities for growth and innovation.

Before joining TriUnity, Kacy served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Imara, a Boston-based biotechnology company. Earlier, at Addgene, a nonprofit plasmid repository, she worked across commercial agreements, technology transfer, and regulatory compliance, including the development of an organization-wide GDPR compliance program.

Her training took her from Babson College to Northeastern University School of Law, with study and work in Singapore, London, and Mexico City along the way.
